Pre-order and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery, subject to availability.

Items must be unworn, in original condition and returned in original packaging.
VONSHE reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
